Assistant Marketing Campaign Manager
Your Role:
Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns at Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) in close partnership with Marketing Campaign Managers and business unit leaders. Translate campaign strategy into detailed, actionable marketing plans that drive clarity and execution. Coordinate timelines, internal resources, and deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on time, on brand, and aligned with defined goals. Support cross-functional collaboration and performance tracking, contributing to cohesive messaging, operational efficiency, and measurable results.
Pay, Schedule, & Benefits:
- The anticipated starting pay range is $63,000 - $65,500. This compensation range considers a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences, as well as internal equity.
- This is a full-time, exempt (salaried) position. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, typically between 8am-5pm. Approximately 5% expenses-paid domestic travel is required.

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with Marketing Campaign Manager to build campaign strategy and timelines.
- Maintain campaign calendars and ensure alignment across initiatives.
- Coordinate with creative, content, digital, email, and social team members to deliver campaign assets.
- Ensure all campaign elements adhere to FMSC brand standards and messaging.
- Partner with analytics team to monitor in-flight campaign performance.
- Document insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
- Track progress against KPIs and organizational growth goals.
- Maintain campaign documentation, briefs, and recap summaries.
- Support budget tracking and invoice coordination as needed.
- Assist in process improvement efforts within the marketing department.
- Support the development of resources for Site Manufacturing based on agreed-upon tool-kits, Canva resources, and events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications:
- Commitment to support, promote, and authentically communicate FMSC’s Christian mission and goals.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field and 1+ years of experience in marketing campaign coordination required. In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of directly applicable experience required.
- Experience in nonprofit, faith-based, or mission-driven organizations preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot, Asana, or similar marketing/project management platforms preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of detail, accuracy, and follow-up.
Your Team:
- Work location is based out of FMSC sites in MN (Chanhassen, Coon Rapids, Eagan). Position will have a flexible/hybrid work schedule that allows for both office and remote work. Tuesdays will be required to be on-site in the Coon Rapids office.
- Reports to Marketing Campaign Manager.
